Always Be Frank on Pantone® Colors

Always Be Frank (AlwaysBeFrank.com), an Asheville-based digital marketing firm, is using two famous colors to convey strength and hope. According to the company’s founder, Frank Stewart, these are precisely the two reassurances frazzled website owners need most.

“After the year we had in 2020, a lot of businesses that had to switch gears are worried about their websites because they aren’t working out well,” says Stewart. “When I saw these two colors, they inspired me to assure others not to worry. It can be better.”

The colors used at Always Be Frank are the Pantone® 2021 Colors of the Year; PANTONE® 17-5104 Ultimate Gray and PANTONE® 13-0647 Illuminating, a bright yellow. These hues won the award for, ‘a marriage of color conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting.’

The Always Be Frank website now uses this color across their website for the same reasons. It’s a great talking point when customers assume the worst about their websites. These colors represent what Stewart and company do, take dull websites and brighten them up.

“We specialize in custom websites from scratch,” Stewart says, “but most of our business lately is helping people make their existing sites work better for their needs. So, better e-commerce tools, better SEO to rank higher and great content, which other marketers don’t provide.”

Stewart works with small niche businesses which cannot afford to lose any ground, especially during a pandemic. Most often, there’s an e-commerce component to address although Always Be Frank provides services beyond e-comm.

The digital marketing services at Always Be Frank fall into several categories; the stability of strong technical website design and search engine optimization strategies including backlinking, and the brightening effects of customized content like graphic design, blogging, web page copy and email campaigns.

“This is only the second time Pantone has chosen two colors,” said Stewart. “One’s bright and hopeful and the other monochromatic and secure to represent how 2020 shook us up and how we hope 2021 will be better, stronger.”
